CONFORVAL s.r.o. delivered an on-site ISO/IEC 17025 Internal Auditor training for a forensic DNA laboratory in Africa. The programme combined classroom instruction on the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 framework with hands-on auditing exercises performed directly on the laboratory's own quality management system.
Participants worked through the full internal audit cycle — planning, conducting interviews and document review, recording findings, and drafting non-conformity reports — building the practical skills needed to maintain ongoing accreditation readiness between external audit cycles.
